Who Are We?
We are three friends, Jessica, Mike, and Emily, who first crossed paths during our university days while studying journalism. As you can imagine, we enjoyed attending our lectures, and all three of us have managed to find well-paid jobs in a relatively short period of time. Sadly, as we graduated, life led us down separate paths, and we all found ourselves in different locations.
However, as faith would have it, three years later, we are back together again. The story of us coming to live in the same city is quite simple. Two of us found the love of our lives here, and the third person, Jessica, was offered a high-paid position as an editor in one of the most successful publishing agencies in the city. She had the option to work remotely, but since we’ve been in contact ever since we graduated, she knew Mike and I lived here. Thus, it didn’t take her long to make the decision to move and work at one of the company’s offices.
Once the three of us met again for the first time in three years, we were eager to share every little detail about our lives. We talked, and we talked until Mike mentioned how cool it would be if we not only lived in the same city but worked at the same place, as well. Knowing that this is quite impossible, considering our different areas of expertise, Jess and I simply nodded in agreement.
When I got home, I couldn’t stop thinking about the three of us collaborating again. After all, we were quite the team. Suddenly, it struck me that this is entirely possible. I contacted Mike and Jessica, suggesting we start a blog. With our skills in writing various types of articles and data-gathering, we knew that content creation wouldn’t be a problem. Plus, Mike works as a web designer and a freelance copywriter. Things couldn’t be any better than this, could they?
Fast forward, we met the next day and talked about what type of blog we should start. We all agreed that it has to be something to meet the preferences of a wide audience of readers.
